By Wyatt Fournier, NOAA Fisheries, on the Northwestern Explorer

We are finishing up the first cruise of the 2012 GOAIERP survey, and I am happy to say that this science crew was not only the most efficient group we have had, but also the most pleasant to work with.

Thanks to Elizabeth Cote and Brian Beckman, they will be on dry land for the remainder of the summer. Mike Neary, Jaclyn Chariw, and Sterling Gaulrich will be joining me for the second cruise starting August 3rd.
