The informal “we” has been used to define the Organization, the website, and its personnel.

The Organization is a federally created entity by Congress under Title IV of H.R. 2107. The Organizations’s name, logo, slogan, and website design as they appear or otherwise are all trademarked and copyrighted by the Organization and are the intellectual property of the Organization. Reproduction, sale, or distribution of these assets without the authorized expressed written consent of the Organization is strictly prohibited. Should you or your organization wish to use the intellectual property of the Organization, please email admin@nprb.org.

All images and/or other media, including but not limited to webdesign and content, on this website and its companion websites are the property of the Organization.

By using the North Pacific Research Board’s (the ‘Organization’) website and Alaska Marine Science Symposium and North Pacific Marine Research Institute affiliate, you agree to our privacy policy which can be updated or changed should we see fit. If any changes to our site occur, by using our site you agree to these changes.

The Organization is committed to protecting your privacy and identity on our website. While visiting our site, no personal information will be obtained or solicited unless you provide it to us.
